Vermicelli Omelette Squares

Make your mornings brighter with our noodlelicious omelette. Want a spicy kick? Serve it with sriracha!



½ cup Sapporo Long Kow Vermicelli, cooked
4 pcs. eggs
1 tbsp. carrots, grated
1 tbsp. spring onion, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste

Sriracha Ketchup
1 tbsp. Sriracha
1 tbsp. Tomato Ketchup


  1. Beat eggs with carrots and spring onion. Season to taste. Mix in vermicelli.
  2. Later on a rectangular omelette pan and cook over low heat until firm.
  3. Slice into portions and serve with Sriracha Ketchup.
