Smoked Duck Breast Vermicelli Salad

This recipe is going to be your next favorite duck dish. The roasted sesame dressing will complement your smoked duck beautifully.



½ cup smoked duck breast slices, store bought

2 cups Sapporo Long Kow Vermicelli, cooked

1 cup shredded lettuce

1/3 cup shredded cucumber

1/3 cup shredded carrots

2 tbsp. crushed peanuts

3-5 tbsp. roasted sesame dressing


  1. Divide ingredients into 2. Arrange vermicelli in bowl.
  2. Top with lettuce, cucumber, carrots, and sliced duck breasts. 
  3. Top with crushed peanuts and serve with roasted sesame dressing on the side. 
  4. Note: You can use other cold cuts for this recipe like chicken, ham, or salami.
