1 pc Onion, quartered
2 small pcs Bell Peppers, diced
1 cup Mandarin Oranges, peeled
1 cup Pineapple Juice
1 cup Water
1 tbsp. Soy sauce
1 tsp. Chicken Powder
Cornstarch slurry
Salt, to taste
