Char-grilled Lobster with Vermicelli and Herb Salad

Ingredients:

2 pcs. Lobster, halves open

Oil for brushing

Vermicelli, cooked 

Cucumber strips – cup

Basil, pre-washed – cup

Red bell pepper strips – cup

Yellow bell pepper strips – cup

Leeks, thinly sliced diagonally – cup

Chili, halved – 3-5 pieces

Sauce 

¼ cup Sugar

2 tbsp. cane sugar

2 tbsp. Water

Salt, to taste

2 cloves Garlic, minced

1-2 small pcs. Chili, chopped

Procedure

  1. Season lobster halves with salt and pepper, brush with oil. Grill both sides for 3-4 minutes or until cooked through.
  2. Arrange the vermicelli on a platter. Scatter around cucumber strips, pre-washed basil leaves, red & yellow bell pepper strips, leeks and chilis. Serve with vinegar dressing.
