Char-grilled Lobster with Vermicelli and Herb Salad

Oil for brushing
Vermicelli, cooked
Cucumber strips – ⅓ cup
Basil, pre-washed – ⅓ cup
Red bell pepper strips – ⅓ cup
Yellow bell pepper strips – ⅓ cup
Leeks, thinly sliced diagonally – ⅓ cup
Chili, halved – 3-5 pieces
Sauce
¼ cup Sugar
2 tbsp. cane sugar
2 tbsp. Water
Salt, to taste
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1-2 small pcs. Chili, chopped
