2 cups Sapporo Long Kow Vermicelli, cooked
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/3 cup shredded cucumber
1/3 cup shredded carrots
2 tbsp. crushed peanuts
3-5 tbsp. roasted sesame dressing
Note: You can use other cold cuts for this recipe like chicken, ham, or salami.
