Bagnet with Vermicelli

4 clumps. Sapporo Long Kow Vermicelli
¼ cup cooking oil
2 tbsp. garlic, minced
1 pc. white onion sliced
soy sauce
salt and pepper, to taste
3-4 cups of water
1 pc. carrot, julienned
¼ cup spring onion, sliced
Bagnet, sliced (for topping)


  1. Heat oil then sauté garlic and onion.
  2. Add soy sauce, salt, pepper and water. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add Sapporo Long Kow Vermicelli. Add in the carrots and then cook for another 3-5 minutes or until water has evaporated. Season to taste.
  4. Toss in sliced spring onion.
  5. Transfer to a serving plate and top with sliced crispy bagnet.
