Tofu Satay in Lettuce Cups
(Taco Style) without Dressing

Craving for healthier tacos? These delicious tofu satay cups will fill you up without making you feel heavy.



Tofu Satay
1 cup Sapporo Long Kow Vermicelli, boiled
8-12 leaves Romaine lettuce
½ cup Red cabbage, shredded
½ cup carrots, shredded
½ cup cucumber
¼ cup leeks

Marinated Tofu
1 block firm tofu
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. curry powder


  1. Marinate tofu in seasoning. Set aside.
  2. Prepare dressing by combining all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well until combined. Set aside.
  3. Pan fry the marinated tofu in medium heat until browned.
  4. Assembly: Layer lettuce leaf, top with a spoon of vermicelli, red cabbage, carrots and cucumber. Spoon over pan fried tofu. Garnish with leeks. Drizzle with yogurt sauce. Repeat with the rest of the ingredients. Serve immediately.
